Bisher bin ich immer davon ausgegangen, die Apple Watch zählt Schritte, aber eigentlich misst sie den Herzschlag und errechnet daraus die verbrauchten Kalorien. Laut iMore.com und meiner eigenen Erfahrung mißt die Apple Watch nur Aktivitäten, die Dein Herz deutlich schneller schlagen lassen, wie z.B. ein schneller Spaziergang.
